About me

As a Clinical Psychologist, Master in Systemic Studies of the Family and Couples (Alberto Hurtado University). My work is aimed at promoting and enhancing the mental health of individuals, families and couples, providing support, guidance and interventions focused on obtaining changes and results that aim to improve health, understood as a better sense of well-being, quality of life, and the enhancement of the resources inherent to the person that allow them to face adversities and difficulties of life in a healthy and effective way.

I have more than 10 years of experience in clinical practice working in the public and private Mental Health service, experience in teaching, and psychosocial intervention.

I have lived in various countries (Ecuador, Chile, Panama and Kenya), so my intercultural experiences allow me to easily adapt to changes and challenges of new environments, and I am interested in accompanying and helping in the processes of growth, transformation and well-being of persons around the world.

I mainly focus in helping with problems of depression, anxiety, family and couple conflicts, postpartum depression, grief, vocational guidance, post-traumatic stress, acute stress, among others.

I carry out individual psychotherapy for adults and adolescents from a comprehensive and systemic approach, which allows me to understand the person and their needs, taking into account their relational and socio-cultural context, focused on the exploration and transformation of their emotional responses to enhance their resources and strengths that allow the reasons for which the person consults to be resolved effectively.
